Wholeness Psychiatry provides mental health services in a fee for service model for insurances not accepted.  Patients can request a superbill to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement if insurance is not accepted.

Accepted Insurances: United Healthcare, Oscar, Oxford, Cigna, Aetna, and Quest Behavioral Health.

Fee for Service Model Cost

​

• Psychiatric Evaluation: $200

• Medication Management and/or Psychotherapy Follow Up (30 minutes): $75

• Medication Management and/or Psychotherapy Follow Up (60 minutes): $150

• Paperwork (FMLA, Disability)-FMLA/Disability paperwork will only be completed if a client has established care over a period of at least 3 months: $50

• Records: $25

• Patient Letters upon request:  $30 depending on the type of letter

• No Show Fees: $50 for first occurrence (repeated no-shows may result in dismissal from the practice)
